Marisa Trouser

Stretch tulle mesh trousers, hand screen printed with lipstick smudges. This print motif is inspired by the first time women went to vote in Italy and had to remove their lipstick to not taint the ballots. This historical event is beautifully portrayed in the inspiring Italian movie "C'e' ancora domani".

The pants feature an internal short, to take away the sheer nature of the fabric but keeping the feel of a second skin.
