Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted if an item arrives damaged. If this occurs, please notify us immediately by emailing samanta@samantavirginio.com

Returns are not accepted.
Refunds
Refunds (excluding postage costs) will be issued once the item(s) have been returned.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please mention this in your email.
Faulty Goods
Items are considered faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described.
Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse will not be classified as a fault.
If you receive a faulty item, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Repairs
To check whether your item qualifies for a repair, please email samanta@samantavirginio.com with clear photos of the damage.
Postage fees apply to all repairs.
Made-to-Order and Pre-Order Returns Policy
Made-to-order and pre-order items are dispatched within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Pre-order items may be returned within 14 days of receipt or cancelled within 3 days of purchase.
Custom Order Policy
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final upon delivery.
